Continuing Education and License Renewals for New Hampshire Occupational Therapists

18 Dec

Occupational therapists licensed in New Hampshire have a license renewal every two years with a December 31st deadline, odd years.

Twenty-four (24) hours of continuing education are required in order to renew a license. There is no limit on distance learning, and fifty percent of hours must be clinical.

The goal of continuing education is to provide the best possible standards for the occupational therapy profession. All occupational therapists are required to earn continuing education credits as condition of licensure.

Professional Development Resources is an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) approved provider of continuing education (#3159). The assignment of AOTA CEUs does not imply endorsement of specific course content, products, or clinical procedures by AOTA.
